JHW1 series universal circuit breaker
Purpose and scope of use
The DGW1 series universal low-voltage circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for distribution networks with AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 660V (690V) and below, and rated current of 400A~6300A. It is used to distribute electrical energy and protect lines and power equipment from overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding and other faults. Circuit breakers have intelligent protection functions, precise selective protection, can improve power supply reliability, and avoid unnecessary power outages. Simultaneously equipped with an open communication interface, it can perform four remote operations to meet the requirements of centralized control centers and automation systems. This circuit breaker has a pulse withstand voltage of 8000V at an altitude of 2000 meters (adjusted according to standards for different altitudes, up to a maximum of 12000V). The circuit breaker does not come with an intelligent release or sensor and can be used as an isolator, marked as -10.
The circuit breaker complies with standards such as GB14048.2 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Circuit Breakers" and IEC947-2 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Circuit Breakers".

3. Normal working conditions and installation conditions
3.1 Surrounding air temperature
The upper limit value shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit value shall not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average value over 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃; Note: For working conditions with a lower limit of -10 ℃ or -25 ℃, users should declare it to our factory. For working conditions where the upper limit value exceeds+40 ℃ or the lower limit value is below -10 ℃ or -25 ℃, users should negotiate with our factory.
3.2 The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m
3.3 Atmospheric conditions
The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃. At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity. The monthly average maximum relative humidity in a humid month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature in that month is+25 ℃, taking into account the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes. Users who exceed the regulations should consult with our factory.
